Smoking is not permitted inside the villa or on the covered terrace. A designated smoking area with an ashtray is available in the garden.

Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Our neighbours are close and we want to be good members of the community.
🐾 Pets
Well-behaved pets are welcome! Please keep dogs off the upholstered furniture and clean up after them in the garden. A dog bed and bowls are in the utility room.
🔒 Security
Please lock the main gate and front door whenever you leave. The lockbox should be kept locked and the code confidential. Return the key to the lockbox on check-out.
